We are pleased to announce the "Emprego Sem Distinção" Conference, an initiative promoted by AASO - Associação de Apoio à Sustentabilidade da Óptica, in collaboration with CADIn - Neurodesenvolvimento e Inclusão, and GRACE - Empresas Sustentáveis.

The purpose of this conference is to raise awareness in the optics sector about the importance of integrating neuroatypical young individuals into the workforce. To illustrate the impact of this inclusion, we will highlight the inspiring success story of Elias Neto at Optocentro.

This 360º Testimonial, which will be one of the highlights of the event, will feature Elias himself, Dr. Sandra Pinho, the psychologist who accompanied the process, Mr. Rui Motty, CEO of Optocentro, Mrs. Anabela Rolo, a representative of Elias's coworkers, Mrs. Inês Fortunato, Elias's mother, and a customer from Optocentro.

During the conference, experts and industry professionals will come together to discuss strategies and best practices, with a focus on valuing neurodiversity in employment.
